The goal of the activity was to identify and map both an urban and an environmental issue. On the urban side, we observed that one of the main streets lacked seating at a bus stop due to narrow sidewalks—leaving elderly people standing while waiting. Environmentally, we discovered an unmanaged landfill just over a kilometer from the city center. By connecting these two challenges, we began to ideate and co-create a solution. The object we designed had to be easily assembled and disassembled, avoiding adhesives or damage to its components—this was the result.
